These Payment Terms & Conditions apply when you book diagnostic tests, imaging services, or other healthcare services through Zunf Medicare. By completing a booking, you agree to the payment methods, processing rules, and responsibilities described below.

2. Payment Methods & Options

  • Online Pre-Payment: You may pay via Credit/Debit Cards, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer at the time of booking to confirm your appointment instantly.
  • Direct Payment (Lab Visit): If you choose to visit one of our partner laboratories directly, you may pay the laboratory reception desk upon arrival. Please ensure you present your Zunf Medicare Booking Reference Number to ensure you are charged the discounted Zunf Medicare rate.
  • Direct Payment (Home Sampling): If you choose home sample collection, you may pay the authorized Zunf Medicare or laboratory collection technician directly at the time of your appointment. We accept cash and recognized digital wallet transfers to the technician's official terminal.

3. Payment Processing & Rate Protection

  • Rate Guarantee: When you book through Zunf Medicare, you are entitled to our negotiated discounted rates. Whether you pay online or directly at the lab/via technician, please ensure you are billed according to the Zunf Medicare rate confirmed in your booking.
  • Receipts: If paying online, your digital invoice will be emailed to you immediately. If paying directly at the lab or to a technician, please ensure you receive a physical or digital receipt from the laboratory/technician. Zunf Medicare is not responsible for payments made to unauthorized personnel; always verify the technician's ID and the Zunf booking reference.
