Zunf Medicare Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Zunf Medicare, we strive to provide seamless healthcare services. We understand that circumstances change; however, because our services involve third-party diagnostic laboratories and professional scheduling, we have established the following policy to ensure operational efficiency and fairness.

2. Cancellation by the User

  • Diagnostic Appointments: You may cancel or reschedule any booked diagnostic test up to 4 hours before the scheduled sample collection time. Cancellations made within the 4-hour window may be subject to a nominal service fee of PKR 500 to cover logistical arrangements.
  • No-Show Policy: If our technician arrives at the designated location and the patient is unavailable or cancels upon arrival, a "No-Show" fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost will be deducted from any potential refund to cover the visit and logistical costs.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed based on the status of your service request:

  • Full Refund: Eligible if you cancel your booking at least 4 hours before the scheduled time, or if Zunf Medicare is unable to provide the service due to internal scheduling failures.
  • Partial Refund: If a service has been partially rendered (e.g., sample collected but the test was cancelled before processing at the lab), the refund will be processed after deducting the cost of the home collection/logistics.
  • Non-Refundable Situations: Once a sample has been processed by the laboratory, no refunds can be issued. Results are generated based on clinical processing, which cannot be "undone."

4. Refund Processing Time

  • All approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the booking. Zunf Medicare is not responsible for any delays caused by your banking institution.

5. Service Discrepancies

If you believe there was an error in your diagnostic results or service delivery:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your report.
  • We reserve the right to verify your claim with the partner laboratory. If an error is verified, Zunf Medicare will either provide a free re-test or issue a full refund at our sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zunf Medicare acts as a facilitator between the patient and accredited laboratories. While we ensure high standards, we are not liable for laboratory processing errors, result delays, or technical issues occurring strictly at the laboratory level. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service fee paid to Zunf Medicare.
