Patients under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

All service charges must be paid via cash, bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
Advance payments may be required for school/corporate screenings.
Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.

Individual Bookings: Must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
School/Corporate Programs: Require at least 7 days’ prior notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
No refunds for partially availed services.

ZUNF MEDICARE provides diagnostic, preventive, and supportive healthcare services.
We do not replace emergency medical treatment. For emergencies, call 1122 or visit a hospital.

Schools and corporates must obtain consent forms from parents/employees.
Reports will be provided digitally in bulk, with confidentiality maintained.
